REFUND POLICY

ChiefPC LLC - For our customers protection we offer a Refund Policy (outlined below). If you are not pleased with our service or solution, you can request a credit / refund.

If we are unable to solve your problem and you’re displeased with the services, you can request a refund.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 30 days from the date of the purchase of our service. Contacting us 30 days after the purchase of our services will disqualify you from being eligible for a refund.

For your refund, please provide us the following information:

  • Your Name

  • Your order number

  • Your transaction date

We will track down your purchase and issue the refund within 1-3 business days. Once the refund has been issued it can take up to 7 business days for the money to hit your account.

Post Refund

Once we give you the refund, you will no longer be allowed to use our services. You must stop using any of our products or software for which you no longer have a valid, purchased license. ChiefPC has the right to terminate any serial numbers and/or product keys issued to you.
